Brother Bullock, I know you from WoodsCross and also would often see you in the Bountiful Temple. I also visited your Father in Farmington. I am a former student of your Father.
I want you to know how very much respect I had for your Father. He taught me much at BYU. I know he was and is a man of the highest character. He lived a long life and had a special influence on many young people. I'm sure you and your family are very proud of him, as you should be. He is in a better place, but you will still have great memories of his life with you. I am not able to come to the viewing or funeral but I wanted to acknowledge this special man at this time. May the Lord bless and comfort you and your family.
my best regards......carl webster - bountiful
