We were saddened to hear of the passing of Uncle Keith. We extend our love and condolences to the Bowman Family. In particular, Uncle Keith had a profound impact on my early life, and the lessons learned have carried with me ever since. He was scoutmaster, friend, confidant, adviser, a kind wonderful teacher, and was patient as we found our way out of childhood. I will always cherish and be grateful for those sweet experiences and memories. Love to all the family and especially Aunt Naoma. |

I am very sorry to hear of Uncle Keith's passing. My memories of him are from my childhood. He was a real cowboy. I remember the horses and one donkey that we used to ride, not to mention the saddle sores. I was amazed by the pet wolf he kept in the yard. I learned to use a slingshot (the David and Goliath variety) and kept it for many years. I will always remember Uncle Keith as a dashing young man, full of intrigue and adventure. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to the whole family. Love, Victor Bowman |
| I'm very sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. He was a great man. I think back and I know I gained my first testimony of the Book of Mormon by listening to him teach in Seminary. What greater blessing can you hope to have than to leave this life as a worthy High Priest. May the Lord bless and comfort you all. Heartfelt condolences from the Farnsworths. |
| Dear Aunt Naoma and Family, I was very sorry to hear about Uncle Keith's passing. I have such fond memories of him. What a great example and influence he was during my youth as my seminary teacher, the organizer of girls camps and an Uncle who I felt always cared about me. I'm sorry I was not able to attend the funeral as we were out of town on a camping trip. On Saturday, in honor of Uncle Keith, I cooked pancakes with a lot of butter on the skillet so they would be just as good as the ones he always made for us at girls camp. He worked hard to insure we always had a great camp. I especially appreciate the year he arranged for all of us to go further into the mountains on horseback. I remember the year he took the seminary students to Pacheco (I think it was Pacheco...it was in the mountains)to present a sacrament meeting to the branch there. I also remember one night after a fireside at the chapel some of the youth my age had many gospel questions and Uncle Keith stayed late talking to us and answering all our questions. I feel blessed to have known him. I hope that your knowlege of the gospel and tender memories will bring you peace and comfort in the days ahead. With love, Vera |
