July 1, 1959 ~ July 11, 2010

Deborah Lynn Hayworth Lewis, 51, of Pleasant Grove passed away peacefully Sunday, July 11, 2010.  Deborah was born July 1, 1959 at Loring Air Force Base in Limestone, Maine.   She married Gerald Lewis and they were later divorced.

Debbie grew up in Pleasant Grove and attended schools there.  She graduated from Pleasant Grove High School in 1977.  Debbie loved to read especially in her youth.  She enjoyed horses and everything about them.  She loved music and dancing and hanging out with her best friends, Clint and Gerald.

Everyone was influenced in a positive way by being around Debbie. 

She is survived by her four sons: Kevin (Jamie) Lewis and their children, Jakob, Kurtis, Maggie of Crossville, TN; Michael Brandon Lewis and his son, Logan of Crossville, TN; Bradley Eugene Lewis, Ridgecrest, CA; Aaron Lewis, Kings Bay, GA; parents: James Arthur and Donna Ruth Jarvis Hayworth, Pleasant Grove; five siblings: Brenda (John) Griffin, Marshall, MO; Sheri (Mike) Davis, Salt Lake City; Ryan Hayworth, Pleasant Grove; Kim (Rob) Myers, Nephi; Alan Hayworth, Orem and many loving nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the  Olpin Family Mortuary Chapel, 494 South 300 East, Pleasant Grove where family and friends may attend a viewing from 12:00-1:45 p.m.  Interment will be in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery.  

The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to the nursing staff at Heritage Care Center and Bristol Hospice for their inspired service.
