Dear Billie, Jerry and Terri,

Troy was my best friend for almost a decade when I lived on Joyce Drive. We had a riot together. He had morals and integrity. He taught me to stand up for myself. We slept at each others house, played monopoly all night. Sometimes Terri joined and they both got along so well. I remember Troy and I got in trouble and had to weed the garden. We hiked and explored the "gully". We rode our bikes. Troy laughed, smiled, he was intoxicating. Even as a child, I was drawn to him. It was distressing when you guys moved to "The Cove" as Troy would say with great pride. But, I came up a few times and then we moved a year latter.

I would run into Troy and he would treat me like no time had passed, even if it was years. He was my best friend, loved life. I value and smile at the time we had together.

I am so sorry that you have lost him. My prayers are with you all.

Sincerely,

John Michael "Mike" Jarman
