Rhoda Beth Stagg Parker

December 17, 1916 ~ December 28, 2008

Rhoda Beth Stagg Parker peacefully passed away on December 28, 2008 in Bountiful, Utah.  Born on December 17, 1916 to William and Rhoda Robison Stagg in Pleasant Grove, Utah, she was the sixth of nine children.  After graduating from high school in Pleasant Grove she attended Utah State University, travelled and eventually settled in Los Angeles, California where she married Dale Alton Parker and proudly raised their three children.  Beth enjoyed travel, interior decoration, upholstery and furniture refinishing and making her world famous enchiladas.  She was always known for her hard work and dedication to her family.  She is survived by her children, Jane (Faruk) Nader, John (Jolene) Parker and Dr. Richard (Kalani) Parker; five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and her sister Nell Louise Williams. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, December 31, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at Olpin Family Mortuary, 494 South 300 East, Pleasant Grove followed by interment in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery.  Condolences may be sent to the family at www.olpinmortuary.com
