Kay Lynn Moosman, 59, passed away on Monday, December 20, 2021, surrounded by loved ones. Kay was born in Provo, Utah on October 17, 1962 to Ray Moosman and Arvalee Moosman. Growing up in Lindon, he loved playing sports, fishing, getting into mischief with his siblings, and raising horses for the family business. His passion for race horses was unmatched. He was raised with a great love for BYU sports. Before he died, he was able to see BYU win against the Utes.

Kay was in a long term relationship with Michelle Longson and they had a daughter, Katie, together. Four years later he was blessed with a son, Zach, with Amy Rozzelle.  He loved his children, they were the light of his life. After his Zach was born, he met and married Cindy Peck. They were later divorced.

He owned and operated his own business, Hole in One Flooring and was known as a master of his craft. He was hard working, very handy, and a perfectionist in his work. Kay loved to golf, especially with his brothers Gary and Shawn. He loved all animals, especially horses. He would save stray cats and dogs whenever he could. At his time of death he was caring for 12 different cats.
