Michael James Wiggins, age 50, passed away on December 15, 2020, in San Jose, California. He was born September 23, 1970 in Provo, Utah. He was the second of four sons born to Marvin Earl Wiggins and Annette Christensen Tyler and a brother to four adopted siblings, one brother and three younger sisters.

Mike had an extended family in Ronald C. and the late Judie Jones and family who embraced Mike as one of their own. Mike graduated from Mountain View High School in 1989. He served a mission in the Japan Tokyo North Mission and came to love the Japanese people.

On January 30, 1993, Mike married Annette Baca in the Oakland California Temple. They have three children, Michael James, Kailanie Isabelle, and Elijah James.

He spent many years of employment working in Property Management as a computer and data analyst and IT director. Mike was always willing to help others and extended his caring and compassion to many people throughout his life, as is evident by the great outpouring of love and sadness at his passing from so many who knew and loved him.

Mike is preceded in death by his father Marvin E. Wiggins. Mike is survived by his children, Michael James (Alicia), Kailanie Isabelle, and Elijah James, as well as two granddaughters, Mila Rose and Evelyn Grace. He is also survived by his mother Annette Tyler and stepfather John Tyler; his brothers Nathan (Julie), Evan (Patti), Allan (Elisha) and Issac; sisters, Ana, Andrea, Beth (Daryl). He is survived by a large extended family of nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

A celebration of Mike’s life will be held on Thursday, January 7 at 1 p.m. for immediate and extended family and close friends (Social distancing and masks required) at Olpin Family Mortuary, 494 S 300 E, Pleasant Grove, UT.
