Scott (Scotty) Glen Bowers, 35, of Orem passed away peacefully in his home Friday, December 16, 2022.

He was born to Robert and Valoy Bowers in American Fork, Utah on October 17, 1987. He loved the outdoors, working out, and his family. His family is the most important thing to him. He is kind, thoughtful and always tried helping others with things he learned. For the last year he worked doing maintenance for Provo City before he worked for Lindon Care and on the oil rig.

Scott was the light in all our hearts and will be missed dearly. He is survived by his parents Robert and Valoy Bowers. Brothers: Michael (Sophia) Bowers, Ryan (Amber) Bowers and Russell (Kendra) Bowers. Sister Rebecca Bowers and lots of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his grandparents and two uncles.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 23, 2022 11:00 am in the Olpin Family Mortuary Chapel, 494 South 300 East, Pleasant Grove, Utah. Family and friends may attend a viewing from 9:30 - 10:45 am prior to the services. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.olpinmortuary.com.
